August 30, 2024: Amherst, TX 79312 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Kingdom Prep Academy Warriors (Lubbock, TX) and the host Amherst Bulldogs (Amherst, TX), witnessed Kingdom Prep Academy's football squad edge Amherst by a tally of 38-33.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Lazbuddie (Lazbuddie, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lazbuddie was nudged by Holy Cross Academy (Amarillo, TX), 36-33, in a non-league contest.
