In Friday's non-league game, the Cathedral Green Wave (Natchez, MS) football team overcame the host St. Aloysius Flashes (Vicksburg, MS), by a tally of 34-10.

In their next game, the Green Wave face the Hartfield Academy Hawks (Flowood, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Cathedral will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
