California High School Football - Enochs can't hold off Ripon

August 30, 2024: Modesto, CA 95355

Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Enochs Eagles (Modesto, CA), 10-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Ripon advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Indians travel to East Union (Manteca, CA) to play the Lancers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 2-0. East Union won 28-14 in their recent non-league battle against Kimball (Tracy, CA)

The Eagles now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Buhach Colony for a non-league battle on Friday, September 6. Enochs will play a Thunder team coming off a 70-3 non-league loss to Bullard (Fresno, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 0-2.
