August 30, 2024: Milwaukee, WI 53208 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI) and the visiting Fond du Lac Cardinals (Fond du Lac, WI), witnessed Marquette University's football squad topple Fond du Lac by a count of 31-12.
The Hilltoppers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Brookfield East (Brookfield, WI). The Spartans enter the Greater Metro contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Brookfield East was outscored by Racine Case (Racine, WI), 30-27, in a non-league contest.
