Missouri High School Football - Fort Zumwalt South tops Winfield
August 30, 2024: Winfield, MO 63389 The Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs football squad scored 31 points and limited the host Winfield Warriors to 15 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Riverview Gardens for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Fort Zumwalt South will meet a Rams squad coming off a 37-22 non-league loss to Ritenour (Overland, MO). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Winfield drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Wright City (Wright City, MO) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-1. Wright City lost 17-7 in their recent non-league test against Warrenton (Warrenton, MO)
