The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA) and the host Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions (Greensburg, PA), witnessed Mt. Pleasant's football squad edge Greensburg Central Catholic by a tally of 36-34.

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, West Allegheny was nudged by Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA), 55-30, in a non-league contest.
