The Pequea Valley Braves football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Jenkintown Drakes to 0 in the Braves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Braves now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Morrisville for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Pequea Valley will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 47-20 non-league win over Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Jenkintown drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Drakes host Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA) to meet the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-0. Lower Moreland won 17-0 in their recent non-league test against KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy (Philadelphia, PA)
