The Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights to 20 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hayfield for a Mid Southeast - East test on Friday, September 6. Wabasha-Kellogg will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 48-6 league loss to Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Kenyon-Wanamingo drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN) to meet the Cardinals in a Mid Southeast - East test on Friday, September 6.
