Susquehanna Sabers (Susquehanna, PA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Montrose Meteors (Montrose, PA), 42-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Susquehanna improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Sabers host Dunmore (Dunmore, PA) to play the Bucks in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. The Bucks go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Dunmore lost 46-43 in their recent non-league battle against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA)
