August 30, 2024: Nashua, IA 50658 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Nashua-Plainfield Huskies (Nashua, IA) and the visiting Postville Pirates (Postville, IA), witnessed Nashua-Plainfield's football squad topple Postville by a count of 33-14.
The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Tama (Traer, IA). The Red Hawks enter the A District 3 contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, North Tama was outscored by Hudson (Hudson, IA), 18-0, in a non-league contest.
