The Rouse Raiders walloped the visiting Pflugerville Connally Cougars football team by a score of 57-10 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Liberty Hill Panthers (Liberty Hill, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Rouse will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 49-26 non-league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).

The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Taylor (Taylor, TX). The Ducks enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Taylor was ripped by Gatesville (Gatesville, TX), 42-28, in a non-league challenge.
