In Friday's non-league game, the Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO) football team overcame the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), by a tally of 29-12.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Hinkley Thunder (Aurora, CO) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Skyview will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Thunder enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 34-0 non-league loss to Englewood (Englewood, CO).
