Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Fleetwood nudges Unionville
August 30, 2024: Kennett Square, PA 19348 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Fleetwood Tigers (Fleetwood, PA) and the host Unionville Longhorns (Kennett Square, PA), saw Fleetwood's soccer squad hold off Unionville by a count of 4-3.
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Conrad Weiser (Robesonia, PA). The Scouts enter the Berks County 2 battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Conrad Weiser tipped Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Longhorns battle the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights (West Chester, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American battle, on Wednesday, September 4. Unionville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Golden Knights enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA).
