August 30, 2024: Los Lunas, NM 87031 Lovington Wildcats (Lovington, NM) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team overwhelm the host Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM), 14-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lovington advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to clash with the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Los Alamos won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM)
The Tigers now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aztec for a non-league test on Friday, August 30. Los Lunas will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Bayfield (Bayfield, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
