August 30, 2024: Lakewood, CA 90713 The Saint Joseph Jesters (Lakewood, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Jesters now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Reno for a non-league bout on Friday, August 30. Saint Joseph will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Douglas (Minden, NV). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, El Capitan drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Gauchos travel to Camarillo (Camarillo, CA) to clash with the Scorpions in a non-league bout on Friday, August 30. The Scorpions come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Camarillo lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Marymount (Los Angeles, CA)
