August 30, 2024: Leander, TX 78641 The Sachse Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Leander Lions to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now have a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to McAllen for a non-league outing on Friday, August 30. Sachse will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lake Travis (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-5.
With the loss, Leander drops to 5-18 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX) to play the Marauders in a non-league outing on Friday, August 30. The Marauders come into the outing with a record of 3-11. Marcus lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX)
