Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the host Saint James Saints (Hagerstown, MD), 30-28 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Archbishop Curley improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Friars travel to Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league match on Friday, September 5. The Cardinals come into the match with a record of 1-0. Calvert Hall won 33-7 in their recent non-league match against William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA)

Coming up next, the Saints meet the Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 5. Saint James will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
