Texas High School Football - Fort Bend Austin falls to Livingston

August 30, 2025: Livingston, TX 77351

The Livingston Lions felled the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs football team by a score of 51-36 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions face the Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Livingston will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Bluejays go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 26-15 non-league win over Columbia (West Columbia, TX).

With the defeat, Fort Bend Austin drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mayde Creek (Houston, TX) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-1. Mayde Creek lost 16-15 in their recent non-league test against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX)
