Colorado High School Football - Cherokee Trail prevails Pine Creek
August 30, 2025: Aurora, CO 80016 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Cherokee Trail Cougars football squad scored a good 14-0 triumph over the Pine Creek Eagles.
The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their match against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Grizzlies come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, ThunderRidge defeated Columbine (Littleton, CO), 8-6, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles play the Loveland Red Wolves (Loveland, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 13. Pine Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Red Wolves go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 30-0 non-league win over Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO).
