August 30, 2025: Park Ridge, IL 60068 Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL), 12-8 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Maine South improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Thursday, September 4. The Blue Devils come into the match with a record of 1-0. Warren Township won 40-20 in their recent non-league match against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL)
