August 30, 2025: Pekin, IL 61554 The Plainfield South Cougars were victorious over the host Pekin Dragons football team by a score of 22-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 13. Plainfield South will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Dragons (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Lancers enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
