Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Warrior Run knocks off Line Mountain
August 30, 2025: Turbotville, PA 17772 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Warrior Run Defenders (Turbotville, PA) and the visiting Line Mountain Eagles (Herndon, PA), saw Warrior Run's soccer squad knock off Line Mountain by a count of 3-0.
The Defenders (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA). The Braves enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Shikellamy tipped Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA), 9-1, in a non-league match.
The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Juniata for a PIAA District IV-A match on Wednesday, September 3. Line Mountain will meet a Tigers team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
