Ohio High School Football - Holy Name trounces Gilmour Academy
August 30, 2025: Gates Mills, OH 44040 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Holy Name Green Wave football team scored a big 43-10 win over the Gilmour Academy Lancers.
With the win, Holy Name improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Green Wave host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to play the Lions in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Lancers now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hawken for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6.
