August 30, 2025: Parma, OH 44134 Padua Franciscan Bruins (Parma, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Padua Franciscan advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to clash with the Lions in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-0.
The Bulldogs now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Avon for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 3. Olmsted Falls will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
