August 30, 2025: Chatham, IL 62629 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) and the visiting Collinsville Kahoks (Collinsville, IL), witnessed Glenwood's soccer team triumph over Collinsville by a final score of 5-0.
With the triumph, Glenwood moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL) to meet the Cyclones in a Central State Eight match on Tuesday, September 2. The Cyclones come into the match with a record of 1-1. Sacred Heart-Griffin lost 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Centennial (Champaign, IL)
The Kahoks now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to O'Fallon for a Southwestern battle on Tuesday, September 2. Collinsville will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
