August 30, 2025: Roachdale, IN 46172 The Edgewood Mustangs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host North Putnam Cougars to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mustangs now hold a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brown County for a Western Indiana game on Tuesday, September 2. Edgewood will face a Eagles team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Monrovia (Monrovia, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Cougars (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Greencastle (Greencastle, IN). The Tiger Cubs enter the Monon Athletic game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Greencastle held off Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN), 4-2, in a league game.
