Ohio High School Soccer - New Richmond nudged by Reading
August 30, 2025: Reading, OH 45215 Reading Blue Devils (Reading, OH) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting New Richmond Lions (New Richmond, OH), 3-2 in a non-league outing.
The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Madeira (Cincinnati, OH). The MUSTANGS/AMAZONS go into the Cincinnati Hills outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Madeira got by Greeneview (Jamestown, OH), 8-0, in a non-league outing.
Next, the Lions clash with the Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, OH) in a Southern Buckeye - American game, on Thursday, September 4. New Richmond will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 5-0 league win over Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH).
