Illinois High School Soccer - Stevenson nudges St. Patrick
August 30, 2025: Lincolnshire, IL 60069 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Stevenson Patriots soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the St. Patrick Shamrocks.
The Patriots (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Blue Demons go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Maine East was tipped by Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 6-2, in a non-league test.
The Shamrocks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Glenbard West for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. St. Patrick will clash with a Hilltoppers team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-0.
