The Pleasanton Eagles volleyball squad (Pleasanton, TX), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX)

With the win, Blanco improves its record to 6-16 on the season. The Panthers host Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Patriots in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 30. The Patriots enter the contest with a record of 9-8. Veterans Memorial lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX)
