With the win, Bryan improves its record to 10-20 on the season. The Vikings travel to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX) to encounter the Bears in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 24-7.
The Eagles now own a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pflugerville Connally for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 2. Cedar Creek will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 5-19.
