Texas High School Volleyball - Providence Catholic can't hold off DaVinci

In Saturday's non-league match, the DaVinci Lions (San Antonio, TX) volleyball squad tipped the host Providence Catholic Provets (San Antonio, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Lions battle the San Juan Diego Catholic Saints (Austin, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. DaVinci will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX).

The Provets (1-8) will now prepare for their match against TMI-Episcopal (San Antonio, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league bout with a 9-11 record. In their last bout, TMI-Episcopal nipped Keystone (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
