With the win, Garner-Hayfield/Ventura advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Cardinals host Forest City (Forest City, IA) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 2. The Indians go into the test with a record of 1-0. Forest City won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA)
The Warriors now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riceville for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Rockford will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Kee (Lansing, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
