Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pella Christian Eagles (Pella, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gilbert improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA) to meet the Bluejays in a Raccoon River challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Bondurant-Farrar won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Ames (Ames, IA)
