August 30, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94112 Petaluma Trojans (Petaluma, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Lick-Wilmerding Tigers (San Francisco, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Petaluma improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA) to meet the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Rio Americano lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA)
Next, the Tigers meet the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Lick-Wilmerding will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 2-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA).
