Illinois High School Volleyball - Lutheran tips Metro-East Lutheran
August 30, 2025: Springfield, IL 62711 In Saturday's non-league test, the host Lutheran Crusaders volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Metro-East Lutheran Knights.
With the win, Lutheran advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Springfield (Springfield, IL) to face the Senators in a non-league test on Saturday, August 30. The Senators go into the test with a record of 1-0. Springfield won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lanphier (Springfield, IL)
Next, the Knights play the Triad Knights (Troy, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Metro-East Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Red Bud (Red Bud, IL).
