August 30, 2025: Webster City, IA 50595 The Webster City Lynx volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Pocahontas Indians to 0 in the Lynx non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lynx now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Algona for a North Central outing on Thursday, September 4. Webster City will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Spencer (Spencer, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Pocahontas drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA) to confront the Rebels in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 1-1. Sioux Central lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against West Bend-Mallard (West Bend, IA)
