The Vista Ridge Rangers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Salado Eagles to 0 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rangers now possess a 12-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Round Rock Westwood for a 6A Region IV District 25 match on Tuesday, September 2. Vista Ridge will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 6-16.
