August 30, 2025: Wylie, TX 75098 Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, TX) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sunnyvale upgrades its record to 22-3 on the campaign. The travel to Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX) to play the Friars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 30. The Friars come into the challenge with a record of 10-3.
Next, the Raiders play the Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 game, on Tuesday, September 2. Wylie East will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 9-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX).
