The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Bryson Cowboys (Bryson, TX) and the visiting Benjamin Mustangs (Benjamin, TX), saw Bryson's volleyball squad nip Benjamin by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Bryson upgrades its record to 3-5 on the year. The Cowboys host Prairie Valley (Nocona, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 1A Region II District 9 bout on Saturday, September 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 11-4.

The Mustangs now own a 14-4 record. They play next when they travel to Paducah for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 2.
