The Cox Mill Chargers topped the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Chargers now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Cabarrus for a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. Cox Mill will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-2.

The Cardinals (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions enter the test with a 1-1 record.
