August 31, 2022: Garden Valley, CA 95633 The Argonaut Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Golden Sierra Grizzlies to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bret Harte for a Mother Lode League game on Thursday, September 1. Argonaut will meet a Bullfrogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hughson (Hughson, CA). The Bullfrogs record now stands at 6-2.
The Grizzlies (0-2) will now prepare for their game against West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 7-0 record. In their last game, West Campus gained a win over River City (West Sacramento, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
