August 31, 2023: Gates Mills, OH 44040 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) and the host Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH), saw Walsh Jesuit's volleyball squad nip Gilmour Academy by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Walsh Jesuit upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Lancers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Watterson for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2.
