Tennessee High School Soccer - Summit knocks off Battle Ground Academy
August 31, 2023: Franklin, TN 37069 Summit Spartans (Spring Hill, TN) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Battle Ground Academy Wildcats (Franklin, TN), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Summit will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN).
The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Gallatin for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 6. Battle Ground Academy will confront a Green Wave team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Maryville (Maryville, TN). The Green Wave record now stands at 3-4.
