August 31, 2023: Acworth, GA 30101 In Thursday's league battle, the host Allatoona Buccaneers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the River Ridge Knights.
The Buccaneers (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds come into the non-league battle with a 14-3 record. In their last battle, Pope lost by North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Knights clash with the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 7. River Ridge will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The War Eagles come into the battle with a 7-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Norcross (Norcross, GA).
