August 31, 2023: Lakewood, CA 90715 The Artesia Pioneers volleyball team (Lakewood, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Firebaugh Falcons (Lynwood, CA)
The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Acaciawood (Anaheim, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Acaciawood defeated Bethel Baptist (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers meet the Lynwood Knights (Lynwood, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Artesia will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Montebello (Montebello, CA).
