The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Timber Lake Panthers (Timber Lake, SD) and the host Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD), saw Timber Lake's volleyball squad beat Bison by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Timber Lake upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Panthers host Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD) to play the Battlers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 5. The Battlers go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD)

The Cardinals now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dupree for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 7. Bison will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
