August 31, 2023: Portland, OR 97233 In Thursday's non-league battle, the host David Douglas Scots volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the McDaniel Mountain Lions .
Next up, the Scots battle the Sandy Pioneers (Sandy, OR) in a 6A Mt. Hood contest, on Tuesday, September 5. David Douglas will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Pioneers come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lincoln (Portland, OR).
With the loss, McDaniel drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Cleveland (Portland, OR) to battle the Warriors in a 6A Portland Interscholastic contest on Tuesday, September 5. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 2-3. Cleveland won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Jefferson (Portland, OR)
