California High School Volleyball - San Diego Academy edged by La Sierra Academy
August 31, 2023: Riverside, CA 92505 The La Sierra Academy Knights held off the visiting San Diego Academy Cavaliers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Knights now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pioneer for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. La Sierra Academy will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-3.
The Cavaliers (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Ocean View Christian (San Diego, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Ocean View Christian held off Julian (Julian, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
