The Thornton Academy Trojans topped the host Noble Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Trojans now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westbrook for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 6. Thornton Academy will confront a Blue Blazes team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Blue Blazes record now stands at 0-1.

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm enter the Class A test with a 0-0 record.
