Illinois High School Volleyball - Oswego East tips Plainfield South
August 31, 2023: Plainfield, IL 60544 Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL), 2-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Wolves clash with the Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, September 6. Oswego East will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 4-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Morton (Morton, IL).
With the loss, Plainfield South drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, September 2. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 0-1. Sycamore lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL)
